Galaxy Ring won't charge

Note
You must use the charging case that came with your Galaxy Ring.

  • Make sure the charger is plugged into a working outlet and connected to the charging case.
  • Make sure the charging contacts on the ring and the charging case are aligned.
  • If the charging contacts are dirty, the battery may not charge properly. Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth to remove debris, and then try charging the ring again.

If the above tips do not solve the issue, please contact Samsung Support to set up service.
