Galaxy Ring won't connect via Bluetooth

If your Galaxy Ring won’t enter Bluetooth pairing mode, you can try rebooting it using the charging case. Keep in mind that your Galaxy Ring must be within 98 feet of your phone to connect to it using Bluetooth.

Use the Multipurpose button.

Place the ring in the charging case, and then press and hold the Multipurpose button in the center of the case for three seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing mode.

Reboot the ring.

If the ring did not enter Bluetooth pairing mode, try pressing and holding the Multipurpose button for seven seconds to reboot the ring.

Reconnect the ring to your phone.

Once the ring has been rebooted, press and hold the Multipurpose button again for three seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. You can now connect it to your phone and the Galaxy Wearable app.
