Chat translation does not appear on Galaxy phone or tablet

If you are unable to use the Galaxy AI Chat translation feature on your Galaxy device after the One UI 6.1 software update, you may need to manually enable the Android personalization service function.

Note: The S24 series was released with One UI 6.1 installed, however select Galaxy devices will require the One UI 6.1 update to use Galaxy AI features. You can refer to our Galaxy AI features guide for more information.
