Webcam is not working on Samsung PC
Most laptops nowadays have built-in cameras similar to those found in smartphones. These cameras can be used for video chatting or capturing images. If your webcam is not functioning properly, you may need to update drivers, adjust settings, or seek assistance. To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

Webcam is not working on Samsung PC
Remember to test the camera after completing each step to determine if the issue has been resolved. By following these steps, you'll be able to diagnose and fix most webcam-related issues on your Samsung PC.
1
Test the camera using the Camera app.
Before proceeding, verify if the camera works by opening the Camera app (pre-installed on Windows 10 and later). If the app fails to launch or displays an error message, proceed to the next step.
2
Check the privacy settings for the camera.
Go to Settings > Privacy or Privacy & security > Camera. Grant permission to the app you want to use with your camera.
If using Samsung Security, disable the camera's privacy settings to unlock its functionality.
3
Check for updates.
Use Samsung Update or Windows Update to search for driver updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC afterward.
4
Perform a system restore.
If the issue persists, consider restoring your PC to its factory settings. This process resets your PC to its initial state, removing any recently installed applications or updates that might be causing conflicts.
5
Request service.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact our Support Center to request service.
