Unable to send or receive emails on Samsung phone

1
Check your internet connection.
Check if you are connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network on your device. To do this, open an internet browser to check if the internet loads. If it does not load, try connecting to an available network, and then try sending an email again.
2
Remove and re-add your email account.

Removing and re-adding your email account can help resolve minor issues. To do this, navigate to and open Settings. Tap Accounts and backup, and then tap Manage accounts.

Next, select the email account you'd like to remove. Tap Remove account. To confirm, tap Remove account a second time. Add the email account again, and then try to send another email.

3
Contact the email service provider.
If you are still unable to send an email, contact your email service provider for further assistance.
