Galaxy Gear will not connect to S24 phone

Galaxy Gear watches are not compatible with the Galaxy S24 phones. However, some Samsung watches are only compatible with certain Android and iOS phones. If you're experiencing issues connecting your devices, make sure your phone is compatible before you connect your watch.

Galaxy Gear will not connect to S24 phone

The S24 was released with Android 14 and is not compatible with the following Gear models:

Gear Sport, Gear Fit2 Pro, Gear S3, Gear S3 Frontier, Gear S3 Classic,Gear Fit2, Gear S2, Gear S2 Classic, Gear S, Gear Live, Gear Fit, Gear2 neo, Gear2, and Gear.

Depending on your watch model, you can reset the watch to setup without a phone. Some features may be limited or not available. If your watch supports LTE, you will be prompted to set up a mobile data plan.
