When using the Galaxy S24, you may encounter a message or the app screen may turn white when attempting to use Galaxy AI features like Generative Wallpapers and Circle to Search, or Google Discover. These problems are due to an age restriction policy.

Google age restriction policy

Due to a Google policy that restricts the use for anyone under 13 years old, you may encounter a message indicating that "Minors are not allowed to use this service," a message indicating the function isn't available, or the app screen may turn white when you try to use some Galaxy AI features or Google Discover on the Galaxy S24.

Per Google's policy, account users under the age of 13 are restricted from using Circle to Search, Discover, and Generative Wallpaper on the S24 series. The age restriction may vary by country and is subject to change dependent upon Google policy updates.

Adults receiving the error
