Ice bucket is stuck or has a block of ice
If your ice bucket is stuck and won’t come out, don’t try to force it too hard. A little gentle wiggle should be all you need to shake it loose. If you’ve never removed your ice bucket before, don’t fret: most have a trick to them, like a special angle to pull at, that makes it a lot easier. Some models also have a button or lever to release the ice bucket as well.

Refrigerator dispenser issues
When it comes to your water dispenser, you’ll want to make sure everything is in working order, otherwise it may not dispense properly or your water and ice may taste bad. For example, the water line needs to be connected correctly and needs good water pressure. A clogged water filter and forgetting to dispense ice regularly can also cause problems like reduced water pressure, bad tasting water, or clumped ice. And remember, Child Lock can keep you from dispensing anything at all.

Ice maker makes too much ice
You like your ice maker to make ice, but at some point, enough is enough. Our ice makers are designed to stop when they’re full.
