How to set up the Wireless One Connect with your Samsung TV

By connecting a Wireless One Connect Box to your Samsung TV, you can easily access various external devices and keep your home entertainment area clutter-free. The Wireless One Connect Box is compatible with a wide range of devices, such as set-top-boxes and video game consoles.

How to set up the Wireless One Connect with your Samsung TV

Before installing your Wireless One Connect Box

Review the following precautions before setting up your Wireless One Connect Box:

  • The Wireless One Connect should be installed within a distance of 10 meters from the TV screen.
  • Install the Wireless One Connect and TV in the same space, and use the dedicated Type-C power adapter and cable that came with the Wireless One Connect.
  • The Wireless One Connect and TV require separate power connections.
  • The Wireless One Connect is not compatible with similar wireless devices and cannot be used interchangeably.
  • The Wireless One Connect may not function if there is an obstruction, such as a wall, hindering its connection to the TV.
  • The Wireless One Connect may not function if placed inside a closed metal cabinet.

Set up the Wireless One Connect Box

You can follow the steps below to set up your Wireless One Connect Box.

  1. Start by connecting the Wireless One Connect Box to your TV using the included Type-C power adapter and cable.

    Note: The Wireless One Connect is set to pairing mode by default. If needed, press and hold the Wireless One Connect’s PAIR button for three seconds to enter pairing mode.
  2. You’ll see the initial setup screen; follow the on-screen instructions to proceed, such as choosing your desired language. The Wireless One Connect’s model name is located on the bottom of the device. You may need to refer to this information when connecting.
  3. If you need to connect the Wireless One Connect at a later time, you can use the TV’s Settings menu. From the TV’s Home screen, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Connections.
  4. Select the Wireless One Connect, and then select Set up Wireless One Connect.

Use the Pair button

The Wireless One Connect Box includes a PAIR button that will let you perform different actions.

  • Turn on the One Connect Box: Press the PAIR button once.
  • Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the PAIR button for 3 seconds.
  • Perform a factory reset: Press and hold the PAIR button for 10 seconds.

LED indicator

The LED indicator on the Wireless One Connect Box will let you know its current status.

Blinking blue

The Wireless One Connect is in pairing mode and can be connected to your TV.

Solid white

The Wireless One Connect is in power saving mode.

  • Power saving mode is automatically enabled if the Wireless One Connect has been disconnected from the TV for 30 minutes.
  • To deactivate power saving mode, press the PAIR button or reconnect the power supply.
