Store, view, or share your health records in Samsung Health

Health records in the Samsung Health app allow you to check and manage your medical data, such as allergies, current conditions, immunizations, and medications. These records are conveniently stored in the Samsung Health app, so you can refer to them as often as needed. You’ll also be able to export your health records right from your phone.

Store, view, or share your health records in Samsung Health

Note
It may take up to 24 hours to download your health data when adding your health records to Samsung Health. In order to use the feature, you must grant access to b.well. You can view more information about supported providers and healthcare systems on the b.well website.

Download and access your health records

You can download, store, and view your health records in the Samsung Health app.

  1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app, and then make sure you’re on the Home tab. Tap Health records.

  2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, and confirm your demographic information.
  3. Review the information about health records, and then tap Continue.
  4. Add your profile information, such as your name, phone number, and address, and then tap Next.
  5. Search for your desired provider or healthcare system. Tap Provider or Clinic, hospital, or health system, and then follow the prompts. You may need to allow the permissions.
  6. Sign into the desired health system using your credentials.
  7. You will need to grant permissions to b.well in order to proceed; b.well will have access to your data from the selected provider or healthcare system. Then, tap Connect account.
  8. Tap Done and allow your data to be downloaded. This may take up to 24 hours.
  9. To add additional health records, repeat the above steps.
  10. To view your health records at a later time, open the Samsung Health app, make sure you’re on the Home tab, and then tap Health records.

Export your health records

Health records stored in Samsung Health can be shared with others, such as your family or a physician.

  1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app, and then make sure you’re on the Home tab. Tap Health records.
  2. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Export health records.

  3. Select the Period, Categories, and Health system. Tap Export.
  4. A PDF file will be created. Tap Share when prompted, and then select your desired sharing method.
