Use your Samsung TV with your Peloton device

Do you love working out with your Peloton device but wish you could enjoy the experience on a larger screen? Luckily, you can stream directly from your Peloton to your Samsung TV! You can also stream from the Peloton App on your Galaxy phone to your TV.

Note: The Peloton App cannot be installed on Samsung TVs. 

Stream from a Peloton device

Peloton device with a built-in Screen

If you are using a Peloton device with a built-in screen, such as a Peloton Bike or Bike+, you can stream directly from your Peloton to your Samsung TV.

  1. Begin a workout on your Peloton device, then tap the top right portion of the screen, and then tap Settings.

  2. Tap Cast Screen.

  3. Tap CONNECT next to your TV’s name in the Available Devices list.

  4. You may need to allow permissions on your TV to begin streaming. Then, follow along with the guided workout on your TV’s screen!

  5. To stop streaming, simply end or finish the workout.

Stream from a Galaxy phone

As long as you have the Peloton App installed on your Galaxy phone, you can use your phone to stream workouts to your Samsung TV.

  1. Navigate to and open the Play Store on your phone. Search for and select Peloton App, and then tap Install. 

  2. Log into the app using your Peloton account credentials. Or, select one of the available options to create a new account, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Next, open the Peloton App, and start a workout session. 

  4. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Smart View icon. Allow the permissions if prompted.

  5. Select your TV from the list, and then choose Full screen or Multi view. Tap Start now.

  6. Enter the PIN displayed on your TV to connect the devices. You can now view your workout on your TV!

  7. To end your workout, tap END WORKOUT in the Peloton App on your phone. You can also stop streaming by tapping the Smart View icon again in the Quick settings panel.
