Screen Protector Application Service for Galaxy Z Series
Galaxy Z series phones come with a specially designed screen protector pre-installed on the main screen. Samsung has designed this screen protector specifically to withstand folding and unfolding, while providing protection from scratches and debris. If your screen protector requires replacement within the first year you may be entitled to a one-time no-charge screen protector application service.

Do I need to pay for the screen protector?
Your Galaxy Z series phone comes with a screen protector pre-applied at the factory and the promotion covers the re-application of a new screen protector within 12 months of purchase at no charge, with subsequent applications available at $19.99.
Where will the screen protector application service be available?
At any of our authorized repair facilities that includes Walk-in locations for same day service at 750+ UBreakIFix, 250+ Best Buy stores and Samsung branded stores. Additional options are available via mail-in to our central repair facility.

How do I know if my Galaxy Z series is eligible for this service?
This service is available for all Galaxy Z series phones purchased in the U.S. through a Samsung authorized retailer. You may contact us to check if your Galaxy Z series is eligible for this service.
Should I apply the screen protector myself?
No; we have authorized specialists with the proper equipment to align and apply the screen protector.
Can the screen protector application be applied on-site by a Samsung repair technician?
Special equipment is required for the application of the Galaxy Z series screen protectors and can only be applied in the Samsung service centers.
What if I have a problem with the screen protector after application?
If you have any issues after the application, you may return to any Samsung customer service center within 7 days for a complimentary replacement. Please note that a cost may be associated with the replacement if there has been any physical damage to the screen protector not associated with the installation.
Can I remove the Galaxy Z series screen protector on my own?
To avoid damaging the screen, we recommend you don’t remove the screen protector. If your screen protector needs to be replaced, please visit one of the eligible service locations: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations
What material is the screen protector made of?
The screen protector is made of Thermoplastic Poly Urethane, commonly abbreviated as TPU. It is a flexible/soft material, which is specially made for foldable displays.
