Check for software and firmware updates for your Gear 360

Update the Gear 360's firmware
On your phone, navigate to and open Samsung Gear 360 (New). Tap Settings, and then tap Firmware version. Tap CHECK FOR UPDATES. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to apply the update.
Update the Gear 360 app's software
On the connected phone, navigate to and open the Samsung Gear 360 (New) app. Tap Settings, and then tap About Gear 360 App. Tap UPDATE NOW, and then wait for the update to install.
Alternatively, you can use the Play Store to update the Samsing Gear 360 app.
