Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Visa Checkout Offer (the "Offer") is open to Samsung Rewards members who are legal residents of the 50 United States including D.C., Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands, are eighteen (18) years old or older and qualify pursuant to these terms and conditions. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible individuals are each, a “Participant,” collectively the “Participants” (and may also be referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions as “you” or “your”).
2. Timing: The Offer begins on November 27, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 27, 2017 at 4:59 p.m. PT or earlier if supplies have been depleted (the "Offer Period"). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Offer.
3. How to Participate: During the Offer Period, Participants must enroll in this Offer by visiting the “Promotions” option within the App, and then selecting “Visa Checkout Offer” and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the Samsung Pay Privacy Notice. Once supplies of this offer have been depleted, you will not be able to complete this sign up process. Follow the links and instructions to:
(a) Sign up for Visa Checkout;
(b) Link your Visa Checkout to your Samsung Pay account;
(c) Add a qualifying Visa credit or debit card that is compatible with Samsung Pay App to your Samsung Pay account; and
(d) Complete one (1) online purchase transaction using Visa Checkout through Samsung Pay.
NOTE: Not all online site that use Visa Checkout support third party mobile wallets such as Samsung Pay. A purchase using Visa Checkout that does not accept payment from Samsung Pay will not result in award of Samsung Rewards Points.
Participants failing to accept the Offer Terms and Samsung Pay Privacy Notice before completing the online purchase transaction using Visa Checkout through Samsung Pay will not receive the Reward offered.
4. Samsung Rewards Points Offered: Upon completions of the required actions listed above, Participant will receive 2,500 Samsung Rewards Points (the “Reward”).
Limit: One (1) Reward per Samsung Account.
