Samsung Standard Device Trial Policy
All smartphones sent back to Samsung must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition, which includes without limitation satisfying the following criteria:
- No cracks, breaks, excessive wear and tear or other physical damage
- No water damage
- Device powers on
- Device holds a charge
- Device has been reset to factory settings
- Device has no active software locks
You also must include all original components of the device and all accessories and other materials that accompanied the device, including without limitation, the original battery, charger, SD card, headphones, user manual, and a copy of the invoice or receipt. All original components and accompanying accessories materials must be in the original box and in like-new condition as well. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for final sale items or items not bought directly from Samsung.com or through the Shop Samsung App. Eligible returned items must be received by Samsung within 15 days of receipt by customer (unless purchased under a special promotion that expressly extends the trial use window). If a device has any damage or does not otherwise satisfy the above criteria, Samsung will not accept the return and a credit will not be issued. In its sole discretion, Samsung may elect to accept a return that is missing original accessories or other components or that has damaged accessories or components, but in such circumstance, Samsung will reduce the amount of your refund credit by the value of the missing or damaged items. Samsung will return ineligible devices to you at the same address shown on the shipping label. No restocking, handling or shipping fees will be charged to you for this device return.
