Upon approval, your $100 Samsung Credit will be sent digitally to the email address you registered with in 4 to 6 weeks.
If you pre-ordered a Galaxy S20+ 5G:
Upon approval, your $150 Samsung Credit will be sent digitally to the email address you registered with in 4 to 6 weeks.
If you pre-ordered a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G:
Upon approval, your $200 Samsung Credit will be sent digitally to the email address you registered with in 4 to 6 weeks.

If I live in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, what gifts do I qualify for?
You are eligible to receive either $100 (S20 5G purchases), $150 (S20+ 5G purchases), or $200 (S20 Ultra 5G purchases). Eligible Puerto Rico customers have the option to receive their gift as a cash check or direct deposit.
To set up direct deposit, follow the steps below.
Receive a registration approval email from Samsung, notifying you that a Chase Bank email will be delivered shortly.

Receive an email from Chase Quick Pay, allowing you to choose your gift delivery method.

Answer security questions and select your gift delivery method – physical, cash check or direct deposit.
If you choose direct deposit, provide your banking details and Chase Quick Pay will transfer the funds immediately.

If you decline the direct deposit option, a cash check will be mailed within 5 days to the address you registered with.

If you don’t respond to the email, Chase Quick Pay will send you two reminder emails. If you fail to respond after 14 days, Chase will automatically mail your cash check to the address you registered with.
How do I register for this offer if I pre-ordered an eligible Galaxy S20 5G device?
Download and install the Shop Samsung app on your Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G or S20 Ultra 5G from the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store.
Open the Shop Samsung app and tap the “Menu Icon” on top left > select “My Inbox” > tap SEE IF I’M ELIGIBLE for this offer.
Scan your device IMEI barcode from your S20 5G retail box OR copy and paste it from your device.
How to scan your retail box:
- Tap ALLOW, when prompted, to allow Shop Samsung to take pictures and record video.
- Align your S20 5G retail box barcode inside the viewfinder to scan your box. If unsuccessful, tap TRY AGAIN or tap FIND DEVICE IMEI to copy and paste your IMEI.
How to copy and paste your IMEI:
- Tap FIND DEVICE IMEI or go to Settings > About phone, then tap and hold your IMEI Number to copy it to your clipboard.
- Once copied, tap the back button at the bottom of your phone to come back to the Shop Samsung app and paste your IMEI into the IMEI field. You can also come back to the Shop Samsung app by tapping the “Menu Icon” on top left > select “My Inbox” > paste your IMEI into the IMEI field.
Once your IMEI has been scanned or copied, tap VERIFY.
If you are eligible, you will be prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account to register for the offer.
If you are not signed in to your Samsung Account on your device, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Fill out the required information, tap SUBMIT and if prompted, upload receipt/proof of pre-order with your pre-order date visible by 11:59:59 PM ET on April 20, 2020.
How do I register if I pre-ordered multiple, eligible Galaxy devices?
You will need to register each device individually through the Shop Samsung app. After registering the first device, tap REGISTER ANOTHER DEVICE to continue registering your next device.
The Shop Samsung app asks me for permission to make and manage phone calls. Why does Shop Samsung need access to this information?
Shop Samsung app will require this permission for any user that has an Android 9 or earlier generation device. This Android permission is required to check your device IMEI for eligibility. Shop Samsung app will not access your contacts or address book.
The Shop Samsung app asks me for permission to access my camera. Why does the Shop Samsung app need this access?
If you are an Android 10 user and you select the “Scan your retail box” option, Shop Samsung app will require camera permission to capture your device IMEI for eligibility.
The Shop Samsung app asks me for permission to access my contacts when I tap the REGISTER NOW button on the promotion. Why does Shop Samsung need access to this information?
Shop Samsung requires this Android permission to access your Samsung Account to log you in automatically. Shop Samsung will not access your contacts or address book.
Can someone else register my offer claim on my behalf?
No, you must register your own offer claim. Rules specify that you may not have a third-party representative register on your behalf.
What kind of proof of pre-order will I need to provide to redeem this offer?
If you’ve pre-ordered an eligible Galaxy device during the eligible pre-order period, you may not need to provide any additional proof of pre-order. If prompted to provide proof of pre-order, you can use:
In-Store Purchase: Save your register receipt.
Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone, please save email confirmation of pre-order as well as the packing slip received with the device.
If you do not have any proof of pre-order, you will need to return to the carrier/seller store and request a proof of pre-order that lists which device you pre-ordered as well as its pre-order date.
What happens if I pre-ordered my eligible Galaxy device on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app?
As part of the checkout process, you will receive a $100 Samsung Credit with your Galaxy S20 5G pre-order, a $150 Samsung Credit with your Galaxy S20+ 5G pre-order, or a $200 Samsung Credit with your Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G pre-order. You can use your gift at checkout, or if you choose to not use it then, your gift will be sent digitally to the email address you purchased with. Am I able to submit an Offer Claim Form if I pre-ordered my eligible Galaxy device on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app, but opted out of selecting a gift at checkout?
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to submit an Offer Claim Form in this case. Your gift must be selected at checkout to obtain your gift. For additional details, see Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.
Can I register a claim on each eligible Galaxy device using the same Samsung Account?
Yes, you are able to use the same Samsung Account to register a claim on each eligible Galaxy device.
How do I redeem this offer if it was purchased on behalf of a business?
For 50 or more devices, please contact samsungpromotions@sea.samsung.com to obtain a registration form. The email account will only respond to inquiries involving large quantity submissions.
What information do I need when registering my claim?
You must have your eligible Galaxy device(s) as well as the receipt(s) in hand (if prompted) to fully complete the registration process.
If I lost my receipt/proof of pre-order to the qualifying device pre-order, can I still participate in this offer?
If registering for the promotion via your eligible Galaxy device, you may not need a receipt/proof of pre-order to participate. If prompted, you will need to provide proof of pre-order. If you do not have a receipt/proof of pre-order, please see your retailer and request a new receipt listing your eligible Galaxy device and the date you pre-ordered it.
When is the latest I can enter my information in the Shop Samsung app to take advantage of this offer?
You will not be able to register for this offer after April 20, 2020, and will no longer be eligible for the offer after that time.
What happens if I am having general problems with my claim registration?
To receive help with your registration, you can engage in a Chat conversation by tapping the chat icon at the top right of your screen or you can contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503 for further assistance.
What do I do if I registered my information, but I have not received an email or app confirmation within 24 hours?

What do I do if I am rejected?
You will receive an email explaining why your claim registration was rejected along with the steps to resubmit. You cannot resubmit an offer claim form more than one (1) time. Resubmissions must be completed by April 27, 2020. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
Where should I go if I need to resubmit my claim?
If your claim has been rejected, you can resubmit your claim with receipt/proof of pre-order from the link sent in the email you have received. You can check your registration status in the app from Menu > My Inbox or online here.
What can I do if I receive a networking error when uploading my receipt in the Shop Samsung app?
Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB. Please check your file size and try uploading your receipt again.
What should I do if I’m taking a picture of my receipt but the picture comes out blurry?
Please try to take the picture in good lighting and ensure receipt/confirmation date and qualifying device name are clearly readable. Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB.
How long will it be before I can see a status update after submitting a claim?
Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting for your registration status to be available using the email address you registered with for the offer.
