Service contract covers Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH), out of warranty mechanical breakdown, and tech support. Claims may be subject to a $29 or a $99 service fee. Unlimited ADH and mechanical failure claims. Claims are limited to a maximum of $2,500 per claim. Same-day cracked screen repairs for eligible devices are subject to location, parts, and technician availability. Device replacement may be a new or refurbished device. Coverage is optional. Cancel at any time for a prorated refund. Contains binding arbitration (certain state exemptions may apply).
