What are customized MyBespoke panels?You can now customize select Bespoke refrigerator panels with your own original art and personal photography, for the ultimate fridge designed for you, by you.

I don’t own a Bespoke fridge — where do I put my MyBespoke custom fridge panels?MyBespoke fridge panels are designed to be displayed on Bespoke fridges. If you do not own a Bespoke fridge, you can design your MyBespoke panels and choose other panels to complete your set in the MyBespoke design tool, but you’ll need to purchase a Bespoke fridge to display them with.

I already own a Bespoke fridge — can I customize new panels to complement my MyBespoke designs?Yes! If you like, you can choose a new set of panels to complement your MyBespoke designs. Any additional panels you choose in the MyBespoke panel design experience will require purchase.

What refrigerator models and panels are eligible?The top two panels of the Bespoke 4-Door French Door refrigerator, Bespoke 3-Door French Door refrigerator, and 4-Door Flex refrigerator are eligible for customization. The Bespoke Family Hub™ panel is not eligible for customization (the side with the touch screen).

What finish will my custom MyBespoke panel have?Your custom panel will have a glass finish. Currently, matte glass and stainless steel finishes are not available for MyBespoke.

Are there any restrictions to the images I can use?All uploaded content (images) must be your own original art or photography; you must own all other necessary rights in and to the content or have all necessary permissions to use the content. Obscene and vulgar content is also not permitted and will be rejected. You will receive an order confirmation email once your image has been approved. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information and details on content restrictions. You will be required to agree to these Terms & Conditions before submitting your image.

What happens if my image gets rejected?Submitted images are moderated by a third party provider. Your image may be rejected for violating the Terms & Conditions

Can I edit my image before it is submitted?Yes. You will have the ability to crop and rotate your image on Samsung.com after you upload and before you submit. More advanced editing (e.g., using your own software) can be completed before uploading the image to Samsung.com. Keep in mind that filter or image editing apps can decrease the resolution and/or size of your image. If your image does not meet the minimum resolution requirements (see next FAQ) then it will not be up-loadable.

What minimum resolution must my photo be in order to print?The minimal pixel resolutions vary based on panel type (please refer to chart below for requirements). If you intend to crop in on your image, we recommend a larger image (either higher resolution or in dimension) to avoid pixelation. Your image can have a file size of up to 15MB.

How do I find the file format of my image?Simply check the name of the filename extension that appears after your image name. We accept images formatted as .jpg and .jpeg.

Can I change the image after I submit it for printing?Once you submit your order, the image on the panel(s) cannot be changed. All orders are final and non-refundable.

Can I return the panel or cancel my order?Once you submit your order, you cannot cancel the order; it is non-refundable. See Terms & Conditions

How long will custom panels take to ship?The panel(s) will take six to eight weeks to ship. You will receive an order confirmation email once your image has been approved. You will also receive an email with an estimated delivery date when the panel(s) are printed and ready to be shipped. You will also be contacted by email to schedule an installation date and time.

Why do I need to sign in to my Samsung account to upload an image?Signing into your Samsung accounts ensures that you're a real person and that images uploaded are appropriate.
