That’s why Samsung Care, included with every new device, has four ways to get your phone repaired superfast and super easily:

We also offer SMS texts you can enroll in to get personalized Care messages specific to the product you own such as helpful tips, warranty updates, service information and more.3
Save yourself the time and walk right in
If the unexpected happens and you need to get your phone repaired quickly (and who wouldn’t?), the fastest way to get it back in order through Samsung is with Samsung’s walk-in repairs. There are over 1,000 locations nationwide offering walk-in service, so you can find an authorized service center near you. To get started, find a location online and either schedule an appointment or head on over. Same-day, in-store repairs are possible for most devices, including Galaxy 10 models and newer, with an appointment by 3pm or earlier. The entire process is seamless and most importantly, fast and easy.
The best phones with a repair service to match
Can’t make it out to a walk-in repair center? No problem, Samsung Care has plenty of other other options to get your device fixed up. With the We Come To You service, for a $30 convenience fee, a Samsung authorized repair expert will come to you, whether you’re at work, a restaurant, your friend’s house playing video games or, well, you get the picture. Getting started is easy — just log in to your account, request a repair online, and the expert will take a road trip out to you.
Mail-in service is also an excellent option. Just start a repair ticket in the online Self-service portal and request a box and prepaid label. You can also drop your phone off at a UPS Store who will package and ship it for you.
Samsung’s Self-Repair option gives owners the tools and parts they need to take a repair into their own hands. With Samsung’s Self Repair resources, you can find everything you need to get your device back in working condition, including parts ordering, how-to videos and more.
