How do I connect my Android or iOS device to my Samsung Family Hub Fridge Freezer?

The Family Hub revolutionises the refrigerator, helping you to keep connected to every part of your life even when you're grabbing milk. Once the Family Hub has been connected to the SmartThings app it can be used to control smart lights, play music, lock your doors and so much more.

Before connecting your Family Hub to your mobile device you will need to download a log into the SmartThings app. This comes pre-installed on most Samsung devices.

Please note: you may need to purchase additional products to use all of the features of the Family Hub. For example, you will be unable to control your lights unless you have compatible smart bulbs

Your mobile device is now ready to connect. Follow the next steps on the display of your refrigerator to complete the connection.

Your devices will finish connecting and the Family Hub will be added to your SmartThings app.
