How to set the user PIN code for the monitor and projector

Monitors and projector products launched before 2024 have PIN values used for Parental lock settings and resets applied as default values ("0000"). Accordingly, Samsung Electronics is planning to conduct a software update on April, 2024 to improve users to set PIN code values in the initial setting stage of the product. In order for the improved function to work, the user must run the "Reset (or Factory data reset)" of the monitor (or projector) product for the first time after the software update is completed automatically.
