If you experience any issues with BBC iPlayer after the 9th of December 2019, please follow the steps below to update your TV.
1. Press the "Menu" or "Settings" button on your remote control.
2. From the user menu please select:
SUPPORT > SOFTWARE UPDATE > UPDATE NOW
SUPPORT > SOFTWARE UPDATE > ONLINE
3. Then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
