What do if one of your earbuds is not working properly
If you are experiencing problems with one of your earbuds, try the steps below to solve your issue.

Check the battery level of your earbuds in the Wearable app

If the battery level on one of your earbuds is low, insert it in to your buds case. A red light will appear when the earbud is charging correctly.
Please note:
- If the light does not turn red, remove and reinsert your earbud until the light comes on.
- Ensure your buds case has sufficient charge before inserting your earbuds.

Once the light has turned green, your earbud will be fully charged and you will be able to use it as normal again.
