How to deactivate Voice Assistant on the Galaxy Watch Active2

Voice Assistant provides audio descriptions of each screen. Tap any item to hear it described. Double tap it to perform the described function. Instead of scrolling, while Voice Assistant is activated, tap the bottom of the screen to move to the next menu option.

 

If Voice Assistant is activated, follow the steps below to deactivate:

1 Press the Home button to go to your apps.

2 Tap the Settings icon once to select it, then double tap it to enter the menu.

3 Tap the bottom of the screen to move to the next option in the menu. Repeat until the "Accessibility" menu option is displayed on screen.
4 Tap "Accessibility" once to select it, then double tap it to enter the menu.

5 Tap "Screen reader" once to select it, then double tap it to enter the menu.

6 Tap "Voice assistant" once to select it, then double tap it to enter the menu.

7 Tap "On" once to select it, then double tap it to deactivate the Voice Assistant.
Tap the switch to deactive Voice Assistant on Galaxy Watch Active2
8 Voice assistant is now deactivated.
