You can use the instructions in this guide to update your Gaming Monitor’s software to the latest version using a USB device.
Please Note: For Wi-Fi-enabled models, software updates can be performed automatically when the network is connected.
To update your Samsung Gaming Monitor using a USB device, please follow the instructions below:
Please Note: Please format your USB device to FAT32 before downloading the file.
Please Note: Do not rename the file once it has been downloaded. For smart Gaming Monitors, save the unzipped folder to the top level folder of your USB device. Be careful not to duplicate the same folder.
Please Note: The terminals on your monitor may vary depending on the model. For example, depending on the model, you may need to use a USB-A to USB-C adapter.
Please Note: The appearance and location of the Jog button and Menu may vary by model.
Please Note: Do not operate or power off the monitor until the update is complete.
Please Note:
- If the update fails, the monitor will automatically retry the update.
- Video and audio settings may be reset to their defaults after the software update.
