  • How can video chat help me?

    Video chat gives you the safety of seeing products in real life so you do not have to visit a Samsung store. Perfect for the current climate. You can ask all the questions you want about the product whether that is more information or dissecting some of the content you’ve found onsite. For those who want support with an existing product, you can show our Samsung People the problem you’re experiencing at a convenient time and get the expert advice or next steps you need.
  • If you want to see one of your Samsung People right away, you won’t need to share any details. If you’d like to book a specific time slot with our Samsung People then you’ll need to enter your name, email address and mobile number so we can send you details of your appointment. Samsung People will never ask for you payment details.
  • For an instant appointment, video is only one-way so you’ll only be able to see our Samsung People and they won’t be able to see you. For a booked appointment you’ll have the option to share your video if required.
  • Click the speaker or microphone icon on your keyboard, phone or tablet. Note a line through the icon will mean it is disabled.
  • Once you’re done and have all the information you need, we can help you checkout or simply hang up, add to basket and proceed as you would normally.
  • Stay close to the router if possible. If you have any issues, try to close any browsers windows that might be using additional bandwidth. We understand poor connection can be an issue and will do our best to cater for it.
