Samsung Accredited Service Centres (ASCs)

Our ASCs enter into a contract with Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited and we ensure that they meet our strict  standards for quality and assurance. This is done through ongoing training on new products and escalated technical support and regular auditing. For warranty repairs, the ASCs’ costs are met by Samsung (as part of our obligations to you under the standard manufacturer’s warranty). Operating to defined performance metrics, our ASCs can be used by our full range of channel and end customer partners with full confidence.

We’re pleased to announce that they also provide services on Samsung products in addition to in-warranty repairs. This support is provided and invoiced to whichever party requests it, whether this is the end business or a Samsung channel partner.

MTR

MTR is a longstanding third party service provider who are able to provide various additional services on top of in warranty repair work. MTR provide our B2B customers single use and bulk repair on the full range of our Mobility and Computing products. MTR also provides our Next Business Day ‘Doorstep Exchange’ service, which is built into our Enhance service packs and our Mobile Enterprise edition range.
