Training, licence and certification

Can I do the in-person training after signing up for just the online training?Please contact the Samsung Showroom Team and let them know about the desire to participate in the in-person session. A confirmation email with further details about the training, location and times, as well as a changed invoice will be sent to you.

What if I can’t/don’t want to join the in-person training anymore?You can take the quiz and earn the certificate.

I’m a customer who’s installed my Samsung Display product myself and I’d like to learn more. Can I train too?Yes, you’re more than welcome to join. You simply register to take the relevant training session.

Will I as an attendee or my company be certified?It’ll be you that’s certified. Samsung issues personalised certificates to attendees only.

Where and when do I take the final exam/s?You take the final exam/s either in-person, online, or both. Your online exam will be on your Samsung Business Academy account under ‘Assignments’. It’ll be available after all your training is completed and our support team will email you to let you know when your exam time is.

Where can I find my certificate?Your certificate will be available on your Samsung Business Academy account after you’ve successfully passed the final exam.

Will my certificate still be valid if I change jobs?Yes. Since we issue personalised certificates, they’re active for two years, regardless of where or if you’re working.

My licence is older than 2 years, do I need to renew it?Yes. A lot can happen in 2 years, so it’s best to make sure you’re up to date. You can renew your licence by attending the full training again.

It’s my first time registering, what do I do?Welcome to Samsung Business Academy! It’s really easy to register, and it’s completely free. Simply register with your work email address (Yahoo/Web/Bluewin/Gmail/iCloud are not allowed), and you’ll be approved within 24 hours (during working days). You’ll then be able to access the training registration tool, the online exam at the end of your training, and download your certificates and badges.

I’ve forgotten or lost my password.Your password is generated by the system, but don’t worry if you’ve forgotten or lost it. Get in touch with our showroom staff by emailing samsung.showroom@intracon.com and they can offer you support within 24 hours (during working hours).

I’m having problems registering for training or can’t see the calendar on my Samsung Business Account once logged in.If you’re having any sort of problem with registering for training or being able to see the calendar for upcoming courses, speak to someone in the showroom team by emailing samsung.showroom@intracon.com

What do I do if I’ve registered incorrectly?If you’ve registered incorrectly, (for example, wrongly declared priority BU) your account will need to be deleted and a new account created. Get in touch with our showroom staff for support by emailing samsung.showroom@intracon.com

How long is the shuttle journey back and forth between Frankfurt International Airport and the showroom?The shuttle takes between 20 and 30 minutes.
