Samsung Gift Redemption Guide
This page provides step-by-step guides on how you can redeem your gifts after purchasing your new Samsung product.
Mobile Phone, Tablet and Wearables Gift Redemption
Step 1. Visit the Mobile Gift Redemption Portal. Select the Category and your Date of Purchase and tap Search.
Step 2. Select your purchased product series e.g. Galaxy Z Fold6.
Step 3. Scroll to find your product and click on the 'Redeem now' beside it.
Step 4. Log in to your Samsung Account in order to start the redemption. You will need to create a Samsung Account if you do not have one.
Step 5. On the landing page, accept the Terms and Conditions to click 'Continue' to proceed.
Step 6. Upload required Receipt/Invoice and IMEI/Serial Number images. Upon clicking 'Continue', the system should capture the required fields automatically.
Step 7. The system will automatically populate Date of Purchase, IMEI/Serial Number and Retailer from your uploaded receipt. If there are any fields that were not captured, please fill them in before proceeding to the next step.
Step 8. Select the gifts for your redemption (For most scenarios, the gifts would have been predetermined). Then click 'Continue'.
Step 9. Fill in your delivery address information and click 'Continue'.
Step 10. Review and submit the information and documents.
Step 11. You will be informed of the expected processing time via an email. Once the order has been processed with our delivery vendor, you will receive an SMS. You will receive another SMS one day prior to day of delivery.
TV, Projector and Soundbar Gift Redemption
Step 1. Visit the Television and Soundbar Redemption Portal. Select your Date of Purchase, Place of Purchase, Category, Model of your purchased item and click on 'Search'.
Step 2. Double check your model number and promotion before tapping on ‘Redeem Now’.
Step 3. Log in to your Samsung Account in order to start the redemption. You will need to create a Samsung Account if you do not have one.
Step 4. On the landing page, accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.
Step 5. Upload the required Receipt/Invoice and IMEI/Serial Number images. Upon clicking 'Continue', the system should capture the required fields automatically.
Step 6. The system will automatically populate Date of Purchase, IMEI/Serial Number and Retailer from your uploaded receipt. If there are any fields that were not captured, please fill them in before proceeding to the next step.

Home Appliances Gift Redemption
Step 1. Visit the Home Appliances Online Gift Redemption Portal. If you are eligible for Brand Fair Promotion, please submit via Brand Fair Gift Redemption Portal.
Step 2. You may add more than one purchased item. Add a product by selecting its Category, followed by Model and clicking 'Add Product'.
Step 3. After adding the model number of your purchased products, select Date of Purchase and select Invoice Amount. Once done, click on 'Search'.
Step 4. Double check that the model number matches your purchases, and click on 'Redeem Now'.
Step 5. Log in to your Samsung Account in order to start the redemption. You will need to create a Samsung Account if you do not have one.
