Samsung Soundbar 14-Day Trial (“Programme”)

Terms & Conditions:

• Programme Period: 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024.

• Eligible models: HW-Q990D/XS, HW-Q800D/XS, HW-Q600C/XS, HW-S800D/XS, HW-S801D/XS.

• Enrolment into the Programme is applicable for purchases of eligible models on Samsung Online Store (https://www.samsung.com/sg/) during the Programme Period.

• The 14-day trial period will begin from the date of delivery.

• For refund of your soundbar, customers are to contact our customer service at https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/contact/ to request for product return within 14 days from date of delivery. Refund will only be processed upon receipt of return product, all accessories and free gifts (if any).

• Redemption of free gifts is applicable after the 14-day trial period.

• You consent to Samsung’s collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information relating to you in order to conduct the Programme and in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy (www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html).

• You consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. 

• Returned items must meet the following requirements:

o The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery through our customer service at https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/contact/. Strictly no refund can be made after 14 days, save in accordance with warranty terms.

o Collection of the product will be arranged within 7 working days of return request and you must provide proof of purchase (order/invoice number) to the logistics personnel.

o Product must be returned with its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity). Product with missing, faulty or damages will not qualify for refund.

o The accessories may include the following: Remote control, AC/DC adapter, power cord, HDMI cable, wall mount bracket, wall mount guide, screws and holder screws etc.

o We reserve the right to reject any return or refund requests that we deem invalid, unreasonable or unjustified and for any other reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.

• Upon product return, customers will be requested to fill in a feedback form on the product experience.

• Samsung cannot process your return credit until the inspection has been verified and authorised by the customer service team.

• During the collection of the product, the product will be inspected. Once this is completed, return credit will be issued back to the original mode of payment. The credit should appear in your credit card or PayPal account within 30 working days. The actual time for credit to appear on your account will vary depending on the type of payment used, and the credit card issuer.

• Samsung reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
