1. Organiser

The Samsung Galaxy ‘500 Winners’ Lucky Draw (the "Lucky Draw") is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Samsung"), located at 30 Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City, #17-31/32, Singapore 117440.

2. Eligibility

a. The Lucky Draw is open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above as of 8 January 2025.

b. Employees of Samsung and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

c. Participants of the Lucky Draw (each, a “Participant”) must pre-order the next Samsung Galaxy smartphone using a valid e-voucher between 2:00AM on 23 January 2025 and 11:59PM on 13 February 2025 (the “Pre-order Period”) from any of the following platforms: Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores or official Samsung partner channels (the “Participating channels”) to qualify for the Lucky Draw.

3. Promotion Period

a. The Lucky Draw submission period starts from 12:00AM on 7 February 2025 and ends on 11:59PM on 4 April 2025 (the "Promotion Period") via www.samsung.com/sg/luckydraw.

b. Submissions for the Lucky Draw received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

c. Participants can begin submissions for the Lucky Draw once they have received and activated their new Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

4. Mechanics

a. Participants must purchase the next Samsung Galaxy smartphone from 23 January 2025 2:00AM to 13 February 2025 11:59PM using their e-voucher and retain the purchase receipt therefrom.

b. Submissions must be made via the Lucky Draw microsite by providing the following:

• Full name;

• Email address;

• Mobile number;

• IMEI number (15-digits);

• Valid e-voucher code.

c. Only submissions with valid and complete details will be eligible.

5. Prizes

a. Participants stand a chance to win a S$50 CASETiFY gift card (each, a “CASETiFY Gift Card”), while stocks last.

b. There are five hundred (500) S$50 CASETiFY Gift Cards available to be won in the Lucky Draw

c. Each CASETiFY Gift Card must be used to offset the price of a CASETiFY case designed for the next Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

d. Each CASETiFY Gift Card is valid for a one-time use only and must be redeemed before the expiry date attached to it.

e. CASETiFY Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

a. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible submissions during the Promotion Period.

b. Winners will be notified instantly on the submission confirmation page if they have won, and a copy of the results will be emailed to the email address entered in the submission form.

c. Each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to win a CASETiFY Gift Card from the Lucky Draw.

7. Prize Redemption

a. Winners of the Lucky Draw will receive an email notification containing their winning CASETiFY Gift Card code.

b. Winners are to redeem their CASETiFY Gift Card at any CASETiFY store in Singapore. For a full list of CASETiFY stores in Singapore, visit https://www.casetify.com/visit-us. 

c. Samsung will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or expired CASETiFY Gift Cards.

d. CASETiFY Gift Cards are subject to availability. In the event all CASETiFY Gift Cards have been redeemed, no further CASETiFY Gift Cards will be issued.

8. CASETiFY Redemption and Fulfillment

a. Any questions, concerns, or issues related to the redemption or fulfillment of CASETiFY Gift Cards or CASETiFY cases, including, but not limited to, product availability, shipping or quality, must be directed to CASETiFY.

b. Samsung will not be responsible for the redemption or fulfillment process of any CASETiFY products.

9. Personal Data

By participating, each Participant agrees to Samsung’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw. Details on Samsung’s privacy policy can be found at www.samsung.com/sg/info/privacy.html.

10. Disqualification

a. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity.

b. Incomplete, duplicate or invalid submissions will be deemed ineligible for the Lucky Draw.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samsung shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused in connection with the Lucky Draw, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, system errors or any other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

13. Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, Samsung's decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
