Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 | Flip5 Series Pre-Order $50 e-Voucher

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for customers who have purchased the Galaxy Z Flip5 or Galaxy Z Fold5 from 26 July 2023, 19:00 to 10 August 2023, 23:59 from the following: M1, StarHub, Lazada (Samsung Brand Store), Shopee (Samsung Brand Store), KrisShop, iShopChangi, Zym Mobile, Samsung Experience Stores and Samsung Online Store (via Home Delivery mode). The gift(s) are as follows: 

2. The e-Voucher shall be redeemed by scanning the QR code on your redemption sticker affixed on the respective device box using your new Galaxy Z Fold5 or Galaxy Z Flip5, where you will enter the Galaxy Gift Redemption Portal (“Redemption Portal”). The redemption period for e-Voucher is from 4 August 2023, 00:00 to 31 October 2023, 23:59 (“Redemption Period”). No extension of Redemption Period allowed.

3. For verification purposes, customers are required to submit the following documents on the Redemption Portal (the “Verification Documents”):

(i)       Date of purchase

(ii)      Place of purchase

(iii)     IMEI number

(iv)     Images of – (a) IMEI serial screenshot from phone, (b) proof of purchase (receipt/telco service agreement) and (c) redemption sticker.

4. Once verified, the e-Voucher (in the form of a unique promo code) will be sent to customers via e-mail linked to their Samsung Account within 5 working days.

5. The e-Voucher may only be used from 4 August 2023, 00:00 to 31 October 2023, 23:59. No extension of expiry date of the e-Voucher allowed. Each promo code is only valid for a single use and can only be used on the Samsung Online Store.

6. The e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, promotions, discounts and/or vouchers unless otherwise stated.

The e-Voucher can be used to purchase selected Samsung accessories, subject to stock availability.

7. The e-Voucher is expressed in Singapore dollars and is non-exchangeable for cash and/or gift vouchers.

8. If the value of your order is less than the value of the e-Voucher, the remaining value of the e-Voucher shall be forfeited. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-Voucher, any outstanding order balance is payable.

9. If multiple devices have been purchased, the e-Vouchers must be redeemed separately.

10. The Verification Documents may not be sold or assigned to another party. Any attempt to do so will automatically render the redemption null and void.

11. Samsung reserves the right to reject redemption if: (i) customer’s details do not match the proof of purchase documents, (ii) Samsung suspects that the Verification Documents are false or have been tampered with in any way, or (iii) Samsung believes at its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. The e-Voucher(s) is not exchangeable for cash or kind.

13. This promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; not for trade, corporate or bulk purchases (of more than 3 devices).
