1. This promotion is valid for customers who have purchased the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+  or Galaxy S24 Ultra during the period 31 Jan 2024 (0000hrs) to 29 Mar 2024 (2359hrs) from KrisShop.com and Amazon.

2. The following gifts shall be redeemed via QR code on your redemption card/sticker, landing you on the Samsung Members app.  Scan the QR code using your new Galaxy S24.

Redemption period is from 31 Jan 2024 (0000hrs) to 27 May 2024 (2359hrs) (“Redemption Period”):

No extension of Redemption Period is allowed.

3. For the purposes of verification, customers are required to submit the following documents on the Galaxy Gift Redemption Portal (“Verification Documents”):

(i)          Date of purchase

(ii)         Place of purchase

(iii)        IMEI number

(iv)        Required to upload images of – IMEI serial screenshot, proof of purchase (receipt/telco service agreement) and redemption card.

4. Once the above has been verified, the e-Voucher shall be provided to customers via email in the form of a unique promo code within 7 days (“e-Voucher”).

5. Each promo code is only valid for a single use and on the Samsung Online Store.

6. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, promotions, discounts and/or vouchers unless otherwise stated.

7. The e-Voucher may be used to purchase selected tablets, earbuds, smartwatches and mobile accessories or consumer appliances, subject to stock availability.

8. The e-Voucher is expressed in Singapore dollars and is non-exchangeable for cash and/or gift vouchers.

9. If the value of your order is less than the value of the e-Voucher, the remaining e-voucher value shall be forfeited. In the case that the value of your order exceeds the value of the e-Voucher, any outstanding order balance is payable.

10. If multiple devices have been purchased the e-Vouchers must be redeemed separately.

11. The Verification Documents may not be sold or assigned to another party. Any attempt to do so will automatically render the redemption null and void.

12. Samsung reserves the right to reject redemption for customers whose details do not match the proof of purchase documents, if Samsung suspects the Verification Documents are false or have been tampered with in any way, or otherwise if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or kind.

14. Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; not for trade, corporate or bulk purchases (of more than 3 devices).

15.  The e-Voucher may be used from 31 Jan 2024 (0000hrs) to 27 May 2024 (2359hrs)

16. No extension of expiry date is allowed.
