1.    This Campaign is organised by Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd. of 30 Pasir Panjang Road Mapletree Business City #17-31/32 Singapore 117440 ("Samsung").

2.    Samsung reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without assigning any reason, to amend these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation changing the Campaign mechanics, Campaign Period and/or any other Terms and Conditions. No person shall be entitled to, and Samsung shall not be liable for, any payment or compensation (whether in cash, credit or kind) whatsoever arising from the foregoing.

3.    The Campaign Period is between 2 Sep 2022 to 15 Nov 2022, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

5. The Campaign mechanics are as follows: -

(a) Galaxy Watch5/ Watch5 Pro

Customers shall be rewarded with an additional discount of $50 (“Watch Rewards”) for on top of the existing promotional discount of $30 (Total discount shall be $80) if they drop off an Eligible Watch Device at the e-waste bins of the Participating Outlets and purchase Galaxy Watch5/ Watch5 Pro at the same time during the Campaign Period.

Requirements of Eligible Watch Device

(a) Device has to have a watch face (need not be touchscreen); and

(b) Device with functions that are limited to only time tracking are not eligible.

(b) Galaxy Buds2 Pro

Customers shall be rewarded with an additional discount of $30 (“Earbuds Rewards”) for on top of the existing promotion of a free KDLab Nukin Case (worth $28) if they drop off an Eligible Earbuds Device at the e-waste bins of the Participating Outlets and purchase Galaxy Watch5/ Watch5 Pro at the same time during the Campaign Period.

Requirements of Eligible Earbuds Device

(a) Device has to come in a complete of at least one (1) earbud and inclusive of casing; 

(b) Earbuds which cannot be connected wirelessly or via Bluetooth shall not be eligible. 

6. We will be also be accepting Eligible Earbuds / Watch Device from the following brands (“Eligible Brands”) or similar: -

7. Earbuds / Watch Rewards are non-stackable and each Earbuds / Watch Rewards shall be valid for one-time use for each transaction. Multiple drop offs of Eligible Earbuds / Watch are however allowed. (Customers cannot receive $60 discount for a single Galaxy Buds2 Pro, but they can receive x2 $30 discount for buying 2 of Galaxy Buds2 Pro)

8. In the event of any dispute arising from this Campaign or relating to the interpretation of these Full Terms, the decision of Samsung shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or further claims will be entertained. 

9. These Full Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
