How can I cancel my order?

My Orders > Track my order > Click on the 'Cancel' button

 

• You can cancel an order while the order cancel button is available.

• If your order can no longer be cancelled, Please contact our Customer Service team and Technical Support team on ☎ 800-2474357, email to us at cs.ksa@samsung.com, or use our Chat available on the page.

• Package products can only be cancelled altogether.
