When will the refund be processed in case of a return & cancellation?

We do not offer return of product. An order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped. 

 

In case of a cancelled order, the customer will be refunded and the amount will be reversed to the original card they used for the purchase. This usually takes 7-10 working days depending on the customer’s bank.
