What if I ordered a product by mistake, can I return it?

A confirmation call is made before the order is confirmed. You can request the Service Center agent to cancel the order. In the alternate, you may cancel the order by calling our helpline yourself before the order has been shipped.

However, we do not offer return of product if the order has been delivered to the customer.
