I have chosen self-pick-up as my delivery option. How will I know if my order is ready for pick-up at the collection point?

Once your order is ready for pick-up at the collection point, you will receive a call from Samsung Customer Support team to communicate date and time of the pick-up location. You can pick-up your order within one (01) working day after confirmation.

If you fail to pick up your order within 1 day of notice; it will be cancelled and payment refund will be initiated (if it's a credit/debit card order)
