Customers who purchase above models are entitled to the following premium freebies depending on the item purchased and the corresponding channel of purchase:

9. Participants who successfully register will receive an email confirmation from Samsung Philippines to their registered e-mail.
10. Raffle draw will be held on July 8, 2024, at the Samsung Philippines office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
11. The 20 winners of the raffle will be chosen at random, and will win their corresponding prize of 1 Music Frame each. No double winners for the raffle.
12. Announcement of the winner will be on July 10, 2024. The winner will be contacted directly by Samsung Philippines via email and SMS, and will also be posted on Samsung Philippines' official Facebook page.
13. Upon winning and being contacted by Samsung Philippines, the winner must confirm their identity with a government ID and share their complete Philippines delivery address with Samsung Philippines to receive the raffle prize.
14. Raffle item will be delivered to the winner's provided Philippines delivery address by Samsung Philippines within 60 days upon announcement assuming no extreme weather disturbances, natural or manmade disasters, shipping fee will be shouldered by Samsung Philippines.
15. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
16. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe/unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer.
17. In case the winner cannot personally receive the raffle item upon delivery, they can authorize a representative to receive it on their behalf. The representative needs to show a authorization letter signed by the winner with a photocopy of their ID.
18. Customer can only register in the raffle using the same e-mail address and have the chance to win once.
19. Deadline of submission of entries is on June 30, 2024 11:59:00 PM.
20. Prizes are (1) Music Frame for each winner. Total of (20) music frames to be given away.

24. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value (or can win multiple times unless specified in the mechanics).
25. All employees of Samsung may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

Terms and Conditions

1. The 2024 Neo QLED and OLED Early Order promo will run from June 22-30, 2024 nationwide in all authorized Samsung dealers.

Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem freebies during the redemption period due to factors beyond Samsung's control.
3. Samsung shall not be liable for and will not replace any freebies that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to the fault of the customer.
4.

Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemptions when:

  • Redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung, and when customer is notable to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period.
  • Any of redemption documents are falsified, tampered, or fraudulent in any way.
