How to turn on the Developer options menu on Samsung phone

The Developer options menu lets you configure system behaviors to improve app performance. The list of developer options will depend on the version of Android that your device is running. On most Android devices the Developer options menu is hidden by default.

To unhide the Developer options menu:

Enable Developer options

1. Go to Settings, then tap About device or About phone.

2. Tap Software information.

3. Tap Build number seven times. Depending on your device and operating system, you may not need to follow step number 3.

4. Enter your pattern, PIN or password to enable the Developer options menu. The Developer optionsmenu will now appear in your Settings menu.

Disable Developer options

Note: Screen images and menu items may vary depending on your model and software version.
