How to enable or disable the ‘call waiting’ feature.
 
  1. Launch the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the More options icon (three dots).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Supplementary Services.
  5. Tap Call waiting to enable. Call waiting is now successfully enabled in your Galaxy smartphone.
  6. Tap again to disable it. 

Note: Screen images and menu items may vary depending on your model and software version.
