To find your closest service center, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. On your computer or mobile device, click https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/service-center/ to get to the Samsung Locator page.

Step 2. Select the product category from the above options such as Mobile device, TV & AV, Appliances and IT.

Step 3. Enter the city of your location. The list of Service Centers near you will be displayed. If no results appear, increase the search radius. 

Step 4. Get the name, address, and contact details of your chosen Service Center.  Customers are encouraged to contact them first before visiting to ensure that their product can be repaired at that location.

You can also book an appointment with us before heading down to our Authorized Service Center. Also, you can track the status of your request or repair. Once you have signed in, it will display a list of the present and past requests that you made. You can view the individual track request details by clicking on that request.
