What happens if the courier’s actual assessment of my old TV is different from my declaration?

If your old TV does not meet the brand and specifications you declared prior to checkout, we will automatically cancel your order and there is no available option to pay back the trade-up discount in order to continue with the delivery.

To request a refund for your failed trade-up order, you may contact us here. Note that the refund amount will be based on the final price you have paid for your new Samsung TV product, net of any discounts applied including the trade-up discount received for your old TV.
