When will the courier collect my old device?

To give you adequate time for Smart Switch, our logistics partner will pick up your old device within two (2) business days from your order’s delivery date, for which you will be required to sign a waiver.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: This includes your agreement to surrender your old within two (2) working days from the date of delivery of the new device and that failure to surrender the old device within the given period will result to locking of your new device. After signing the waiver, our trade-in courier will hand over the new device to you.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure to back up your files, log out of your accounts (Google, iCloud, etc.), reset your old device to factory settings, and remove your sim card and memory cards before surrendering it to our courier, as
we are not able to recover any data nor accountable for any sim or memory cards lost in the process. We will also not be liable for any unwiped data left in the old device.

Upon collection of our courier, please ensure to surrender the exact same old device in the same condition based on our previous assessment. The courier assigned to collect it will perform the same inspection to re-validate your old device and upon final acceptance, our courier will ask you to sign the acknowledgment form to document the collection.
