IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you fail to surrender your old device to our courier within two (2) business days from the delivery date of your order, You understand and therefore agree that: we will remotely lock your new device.

In the case that you are no longer able to surrender your old device, you will be given the option to pay back the full forfeiture fee within 15 calendar days from the date when the new device is locked. This is equivalent to the residual value based on last assessment of your old device, plus the full overtrade discount amount, as the trade-in offer will be considered forfeited. You may refer to the formula below:

You can pay the amount through a payment link that will be sent directly to the email address you initially registered upon placement of your trade-in order.

IMPORTANT: Note that cash payment to the courier or transfer of money to any account is not accepted and there will be no other payment method available apart from the options listed in the payment link you will receive.
