What is Samsung Care+?

Samsung Care+ aims to provide you with a suite of premium value-added services so that your Samsung Galaxy device can stay in tip-top condition at your convenience.

Services include:
- Repair service for unintentional breakage which may involve liquid/water damages.
- Extended warranty (additional 1-year); applicable only for the 24-months Samsung Care+ coverage.
- Multiple repairs up to the worth of your device’s purchase price; for 24-months coverage, multiple repairs up to 2x of your device’s purchase price.
- Like-for-like replacement of damaged phone if your device is already beyond economic repair (BER); Minimal fees apply.
- Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery service nationwide.
