Can I track the progress of my order?

Provided that your order was placed through Samsung.com, then yes, you can. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email that you will receive after your order is placed. You can find your order details and track the status on our website by following the steps below:

2. Sign in to your account

3. Select 'Orders'

All your orders should be displayed on this page, along with their status.
