How do I request for this service once I have purchased it?

By default, you will be reminded via SMS every 3 months on how to book your service schedule via our scheduling app↗.

Once you have booked your service schedule in the app, you will then receive a Registration Confirmation SMS, followed by a call from our Authorized Service Center, and then Booking Reference via SMS as confirmation of your service schedule.

Alternatively, if you opt to have your service at an earlier schedule, you may contact our Customer Service team to assist you with your request.
