Only one (1) old TV is allowed to be traded up to one (1) new Samsung TV per order.

Currently, this offer is only applicable for TV-to-TV purchase and does not include other product categories.

Your old TV has zero value. The instant trade-up discount you will receive is not a trade-in value for your old TV, but an incentive for you to upgrade to our latest Samsung TV products.

You can process your trade-up through these four (4) easy steps:

1. Select one (1) of the participating Samsung TV models you wish to purchase on Samsung.com and select ‘Yes’ in the trade-up option on the product buy page or cart page.

2. On the pop-up that will appear, choose the brand and specifications of your old TV and review the information you have provided.

3. Instant trade-up discount will appear which may vary depending on the details of your old TV. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

4. Click ‘Add Discount’. Trade-up discount will reflect on your cart page upon checkout. .

All payment options are available for trade-up, except cash on delivery (COD). For further information about our payment methods, visit this page.

Trade-up offer is currently limited to delivery addresses located within Metro Manila.

In case you are unable to proceed with checkout, please check the error message as your postal code may not be serviceable with this offer.

Prior to the delivery of your new Samsung TV product and collection of your old TV, you must ensure to fully uninstall your old TV (including wiping all data, as applicable). Otherwise, our logistics partner will deem your order as cancelled. Samsung will not be liable for any unwiped data left by the customer in the old TV that will be collected for disposal. Samsung does not collect or store any personal data contained or stored in the old TV.

In case you need assistance in dismantling your old TV prior to the delivery schedule of your new Samsung TV product, you can make separate arrangements with our Customer Service team through our available contact options here. Note that this may be subject to additional charges, for which payment will be made directly to our Authorized Service Center.

Upon delivery of your new Samsung TV, kindly ensure that your old TV is ready for collection at your door.

Note that our courier can only allocate a maximum waiting time of thirty (30) minutes for the assessment and collection of your old TV along with the delivery of your new Samsung TV, counted from the time when they arrived at your delivery address.

If your old TV does not meet the brand and specifications you declared prior to checkout, we will automatically cancel your order and there is no available option to pay back the trade-up discount in order to continue with the delivery.

To request a refund for your failed trade-up order, you may contact us here. Note that the refund amount will be based on the final price you have paid for your new Samsung TV product, net of any discounts applied including the trade-up discount received for your old TV.

If you opt to return your new Samsung TV product, we are not able to issue any amount for your old TV nor return it back to you, given that you have already surrendered it for disposal.
