Customer Mechanics
1. |
Customers may trade-in old device to purchase a new Galaxy device at any of the participating stores nationwide. |
2. |
Customer surrenders their old device to the Trade-In PIC for evaluation. Only selected devices in good working condition will be accepted. Appraised value of the device will vary depending on the device’s condition. Trade-In PIC will present final appraised value of the device via mobile app. |
3. |
Customers with successful Trade-In, gets additional discounts depending on the trade-in device and Galaxy device purchased. |
4. |
Customer must present final trade-in value (CompAsia app to reflect both trade-in device value and discounts, Bolttech web portal to only reflect trade-in device value) to the cashier and will be deducted as a discount on the new Galaxy device purchased.

Trade-In Incentive

Eligible Trade-In devices get up to ₱5,000 trade-in incentive (top up token) on top of the appraised value and all other discounts (See Annex for List of Trade-In models eligible for additional discounts). Offer can only be applied once for every trade-in transaction. |
Guaranteed Trade-In
6. |
Samsung Flagship Trade-In devices and other eligible trade-in devices get Guaranteed Value (RV Boost) on top of the appraised value and all other discounts up to ₱5,000. Offer can only be applied once for every trade-in transaction. |
Samsung Care+ Offer
7. |
Upgrade discount: Customer to get up to 60% off on 1-year Samsung Care+ plan, or up to 30% off on 2-year Samsung Care+ plan (or free 6-month Samsung Care+ plan) in any Samsung Care+ participating store nationwide.

Customer Mechanics
1. |
Customer applies/ renews their Globe GPlan/ GPlan Plus/ Platinum GPlan/ Platinum GPlan Plus with any of the participating Galaxy smartphones/ tablets/ wearables from September 27 to December 31, 2024. |
2. |
For offline, Customer must visit participating Globe Stores with Samsung representatives within 10 days of device receipt and plan activation to trade-in. Samsung representatives will assist the customer to Trade-In via CompAsia microsite and receive trade-in device. |
3. |
For online, customer to trade-in old device via CompAsia Trade-In microsite within 10 days from device delivery and plan activation. |
4. |
Customer to declare their device condition and provide other necessary information and personal details. |
5. |
For online trade-in, CompAsia to pickup trade-in device and verify device condition. Customer can accept or reject final assessment and quotation for Trade-in device value. |
6. |
Additional discounts may be given depending on the trade-in device. |
7. |
After successful trade-in, assessed value of trade-in device and additional discounts to be reflected on the customer’s Globe bill as cashback via adjustment within the next two (2) billing cycles from completion of trade in. |
8. |
This offer is not convertible to cash. |
9. |
This offer is non-transferrable and can only be applied to the customer’s newly applied/ renewed Globe GPlan/ GPlan Plus/ Platinum GPlan/ Platinum GPlan Plus of the participating Galaxy devices. |

Trade-In Incentive
11. |

Terms and Conditions

Customer must have an active plan/ mobile number upon Trade-In application. |

Trade-in can only be processed within 10 days from device receipt (either delivery/ pickup in participating Globe store) and plan activation. |

Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. |
4. |
For customers trading in and availing any of the participating devices, customer will receive the additional trade-in discount of the main device; unless, the customer trades in an additional device (meaning 2 devices), he/she can get the additional trade-in discount of the Watch6. |
Customer Mechanics
1. |
Apply for Galaxy S24 Series, and Galaxy Z Fold5 | Flip5 through Smart Signature, Signature+, Smart Infinity and Smart Prepaid, at any participating Smart Store within the indicated promo period. |
2. |
Complete the Trade-in transaction through CompAsia’s InstaCash app by trading in an old device. |
3. |
Once subscriber completes application with Smart and Trade-In transaction with CompAsia’s InstaCash app, customer will enjoy a free Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G for Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold5; Galaxy Tab A9 LTE for Galaxy S24, S24+, and Galaxy Z Flip5 for eligible Trade-In devices. |
